By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services with Special T Events LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all clients and site visitors.
Services Provided
Special T Events LLC provides balloon decor services including, but not limited to, Grab & Go balloon garlands, balloon columns, and custom balloon installations. All services are subject to availability and confirmation through an approved proposal and executed service agreement.
Pricing & Booking
- All pricing listed on this website is starting pricing unless otherwise stated
- Final pricing is confirmed through a written proposal or invoice
- Services are not reserved until the required payment and signed agreement are received
Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and balances are outlined in your service agreement and invoice. Failure to submit payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation, Refund & Weather Policy
A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure the event date and is applied toward the total balance. This retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation or rescheduling.
If Client cancels the event:
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event date may receive a refund of any payments made beyond the retainer.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
For outdoor events, weather-related cancellations may qualify for refunds. Alternatively a one-time reschedule credit may be offered at Special T Events discretion and must be used within 90 days, subject to availability.
Client acknowledges that balloon decor is a custom service requiring advance preparation, materials, and date reservation.
Weather & Outdoor Events
Balloon decor is highly sensitive to weather conditions including heat, wind, rain, humidity, and direct sunlight. Outdoor installations are performed at the client’s request and risk. Special T Events LLC does not guarantee balloon longevity for outdoor events and is not responsible for weather-related damage once installation is complete.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate event details including location, timing, and access
- Ensure the event space is ready at the scheduled installation time
- Secure venue approval and permissions for installations
- Assume responsibility for decor once installation is completed
Events Beyond Our Control
Special T Events LLC shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, emergencies, venue restrictions, supply delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Special T Events LLC’s liability for any claim arising from services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property & Marketing
All website content, branding, and designs are the property of Special T Events LLC and may not be used without written permission. Photographs or videos of completed installations may be used for marketing purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out prior to the event.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt website functionality. Unauthorized use of website content is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Special T Events LLC operates.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
